So glad I bought this shirt, the anti wrinkle feature really works well. Flow care directions for best results; it does tell you to lightly iron occasionally. The shirt even releases wrinkles when washed by hand (not as well though when machine washed). If you wash by hand and low heat dry in dryer, you will see some wrinkles, but not soo bad that I couldn't deal with them. The size fit as expected.
