For reference: Size 8/10. Height 5’3”. Weight 150lbs.This top is not for true cold weather climates unless your a putting on several, several layers. That being said the top is designed for a baggy look and it achieves that. I did not have to size up like I normally would to achieve the desired look. In the photos you can see the difference when it’s pulled in the back to make it look fitted vs how it normally hangs. When holding up the fabric to a light source you can easily see the light.The waffle weave pattern is apparent and visible but when touching it it’s not quite what I expect in a waffle pattern feel (if that makes sense.There was no odor to me when I pulled it out of the bag.I was pleasantly surprised when I received the waffle knit Henley how lightweight it is, it's great for Florida fall weather when super heavy isn't needed outside & perfect for comfortable anytime wear at home. It is oversized quite a bit, I probably goofed in ordering a Medium & would have been better with a Small so it wouldn't be quite so long on me but I still like it fine. The cut is really nice with a more open neck, almost slightly off shoulder look & the fabric lays nicely. I do wish there wasn't so many buttons at the top, three would be lots better, but that's just a personal preference. It's very comfortable & good choice for a lightweight blouse, would just advise don't size up unless you're very close in measurements to the next up or like very oversized & long.It's a very comfortable shirt, and it's supposed to be a large fit, but it's much too large. It will be a comfortable pajama top.This top is much larger than I expected. I am 5'10" and normally wear around a size 18. This shirt is very large on me. The color and fabric are as expected and a nice, light weight for fall or spring. I had hoped to wear it out when I just need something very casual, but it will become a wear-around-the-house shirt due to the size.I’m 5’2, 205 pounds. Love the color along with the waffle material. I’m not a fan of the 5 buttons, I think 3 would have been an acceptable amount. It’s still cute though.I’m happy with this purchase, beautiful burgundy color. Not a heavy material at all.Perfect for fall layering or lounge. Soft and fits great. Length is good quality is good.
