doped the old one off ( 1992 full size Chevy pickup ) and this one bolted right on . the longest part was cutting the old bolts off the flange . i would recommend getting a flange repair kit as my flange was pretty rusted out. mine was a Walker Exhaust flange Kit it comes in 3 pieces to make getting on easier .i order it at the same time and it work perfectly.
