Tony Stark is back from space, and has a vision for a better future. With the help of his secret brother Arno, he sets about acquiring the late Mandarin's island fortress of mandarin city, and turning the feral city into an iron city. Like any game changing venture, though, forces arise to push back against the brothers Stark, in this case the new wielders of the mandarin's rings.I really liked this story, the Stark brothers plan really made me believe in them, and want to see their dream come true. The banter between Tony, Arno, and Pepper was well done, and the interactions between the rings themselves were surprisingly humorous. There is a cliffhanger at the end here leading into the fifth and final volume of Gillen's run, and it did make me want to keep reading. The art was also quite nice, but nothing really eyepopping.
