Every patch is examined by hand for quality before shipping out to our customers. Clean Laser Cut Borders and Rounded Corners All our iron on patch borders are embroidered and laser cut for a very clean finish. Plastic Backing with Iron on Glue is Standard All our embroidered patches feature a plastic backing with iron on glue applied over them. It's not just a plastic backing, but a plastic backing with iron on glue. There is a difference! We use Japanese brand iron on glue. Costs more, but well worth it for professional applications using heat presses. Barcode on the Back of each Patch All our patches have their model numbers with barcodes stuck on the back of each patch. This helps our vendors easily keep track of their stock.
