Fit and finish leaves a little bit to be desired, castings are a bit rough, some paint chips and the OD is not machined smooth like some other brand plates.Recommend these quality plates. They are perfect for the Olympic size bar. Their diameter and width are also great for holding directly in the hand.Perfect for a standard Olympic bar. I use these along with bumper plates and drop them regularly. No issues except the paint comes off, but again, I drop them a lot.These weights are exactly what you need for your home gym. I bought these to bench press and squats with. The finish is nice on them and I didn't have any issues with the white lettering not being painted. Customer service was exceptional. I never weighed them, but they look and feel like they weigh 5 lbs. The finish is smooth and attractive, but if you're iron deficient, you could probably scrape it off and lick the metal underneath.The weights are as described. Looks slick and does the job!
