This is thermal like and is on the thin side, meaning it is great to keep you warm (shirt alone) as a light long sleeve for 60 degree weather but not 50 degrees or below. You would need to layer it.Comes like it is slighlty oversized but will shrink a bit so stay true to your size for a fit on the loose side. If you want it fitted then size down.
