After a ton of research and hours on YouTube, I pulled the trigger on this Combekk Sou-Chef in Red. It arrived today in perfect condition. Well-packaged. No chips or bubbles. 28 cm size, so somewhat larger than my 24 cm Staub. Should be perfect for larger groups. Very pleased so far.Used it to finish off a smoked pork shoulder. Did a beautiful job... 4 hours at low, low heat and they were fork tender. Very easy cleanup with just soap, water and a sponge. This is a high-quality Made-in-Holland Dutch Oven. Great value at a price that less than half of Staub or LeCreuset.
